The Kitchen located along the River Walk, is celebrating Chicago's St. Patrick's Day on Saturday, March 12 with themed specials by executive chef Johnny Anderes, such as Fish and Chips, served with Salsa Verde Aioli and Fried Lemons ($13) and Irish Cazulea (cassoulet), with Lima Beans, House Made Pork Sausage and Pickled Egg ($12). Watch the river dyed green while sipping on various St. Patty's Day friendly cocktails and beers, such as Green Apple Punch, made with Apple Brandy, Falernum, Oleo Sacrum & Nutmeg ($12). The Kitchen will open early, at 10am for the city's festivities. Reservations can be made by calling 312-836-1300.
