Chef William Lara's spring menu features Mediterranean fare made with seasonal ingredients. New dishes include mussels Provencal; lemon-ramp risotto; Amish chicken; charred Spanish octopus; loup de mer; and more. Le Sud is open Wednesday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m.-10 p.m.; and Sunday from 4-9 p.m.
