Osteria La Madia will hold their next Spring "Chef's Table" series on Wednesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. This special dinner, also to be held on May 27, will incorporate a five course meal created with Chef Jonathan Fox's findings at the Green City Market that same morning. The April menu incorporated Spring English peas, wild line caught Alaskan halibut, morel mushrooms and Skuna Bay salmon. Fox will meet and mingle with guests while discussing what is relevant at the market that month.
