Bandoleros Live Concert: Friday, April 5
Guests are invited to enjoy a night of live music and dancing in the main dining room with a concert by Bandoleros from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Bandoleros is a Chicago-based band with a blend of Middle Eastern, Spanish flamenco and Latin flavors.
Carnivale University: Caipirinha Cocktails: Wednesday, April 17
Carnivale’s master mixologist will instruct guests on how to make three versions of Brazil’s national drink- the Caipirinha. Tickets are $45 per person and include appetizers hand selected by Executive Chef Ozzy Amelotti. Guests must be 21 or older. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.
Easter Brunch: Sunday, April 21
Carnivale invites guests to celebrate Easter with family and friends with their annual Easter Brunch. The buffet brunch is $45 per adult and $15 per child ages 5 to 12. This buffet includes Carnivale favorites like an omelet station, paella and kid-friendly brunch items.
