SPiN offers a selection of farm-to-table-inspired brunch dishes that pair with a weekend cocktail and day full of pong among friends. Brunch items include Avocado Benedict, with roasted pear tomato, crispy onion and savory olive oil hollandaise, and Horchata Pain Perdu, a Parisian-inspired French toast creation featuring sweet Brûlée oranges and creamy cinnamon Chantilly, topped with orange syrup. The Fried Egg Sandwich made with farm fresh eggs, brown sugar black peppered bacon, butter lettuce, tomato and spinach pesto served on toasted focaccia. SPiN’s brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
To complement the brunch plates, SPiN is offering a new cocktail menu. The menu includes the Wassa B? Bloody, a variation on the classic drink featuring tomato, wasabi, Ketel One and celery bitters, The Top SPiN, a bubbly cocktailcrafted with prosecco, St. Germaine and lemon, and the Seasonal Mule, a take on the summer cocktail with Tanqueray gin, Rocky’s ginger beer, fresh lime juice, ginger and strawberry.
SPiN is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Sundays through Fridays, and from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturdays
