SPiN Chicago, in River North, has unveiled a host of new cocktails, fit for those treating themselves mid-match, post-work or any other time that allows. The libations are made by SPiN’s lead bartender, Antar Jackson, who brings creative takes on craft cocktails, as well as SPiN’s new draft cocktail line.
SPiN's draft cocktail line include the Master of Botanical Arts made of Botanist gin, cucumber mint, Tempus Fugit Kina, CH gin liqueur and bitters, 2 in the Bush crafted with Grey Goose pear, honey, Chareau, Thatchers cider, costa nostra shrub and bitters, and Sang-Rio with cachaça, green Chartreuse, costa nostra shrub, honey, fruitlab orange, Fino sherry and cuvee.
Among the new speciality cocktails are the Champion Road, a drink with hine cognac, green Chartreuse, lemon, simple syrup, egg white and bitters, and the Lob No. 4, a for a crowd made with CH aquavit, lime juice, mint syrup, green Chartreuse and Cherry Heering sidecar.
