Spanish Style G&T Takeover at Scofflaw, June 24th

Scofflaw’s classic gin cocktails get a splash of Spanish flair as the Logan Square bar transforms with a one-day-only menu takeover featuring drinks inspired by Spain’s style of gin & tonics. The latest themed cocktail night in Scofflaw’s reoccurring Fan Fan Fiction series (previous events include New Orleans, Tiki Night, etc.), Gin & Tonica will showcase sips in traditional glass goblets and over-the-top garnishes, which can be enjoyed inside or on the bar’s street side patio from 11 a.m to 2 a.m on June 24th.

Drink selections include:

• Hendrick's Gin, Great King Street Glasgow Blend, Fevertree Elderflower Tonic and lime, garnished with edible flowers, juniper berries and a lemon wheel

• Tanqueray Rangpur, Moroccan Bitters, mango, lime and, topped with Seasons Bitter Lemon Tonic, finished with mango segments, black peppercorns and juniper berries

• Hayman's Sloe Gin, Fernet Branca, raspberry Q Marvelous tonic, and lemon, decorated with raspberries, mint and juniper berries 

• Scofflaw Old Tom Gin, house tonic syrup, lime, grapefruit , topped with soda, grapefruit swath, juniper berries and lavender
