III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" wine tasting on Wednesday, August 1. Starting at 5 p.m., sommelier Anton Licko will lead participants through a sampling of six different selections from France (outlined below), paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres crafted by executive chef Hans Aeschbacher.
The fee to attend is $25 per person.
