Solemn Oath Releases Exclusive Craft Beer at Jake Melnick's Corner Tap

Jake Melnick's Corner Tap is hosting the launch of a new exclusive craft beer on tap. Solemn Oath Brewery in Naperville, IL created "Pas Trappiste," a Belgian-style ale that's easy to drink. Jake's will be receiving 16 of only 32 casks made. To celebrate, they'll be throwing a party on March 23rd from 5-8 PM for anyone who's interested in trying the very first sips of the "Pas Trappiste."

Pas Trappiste is a crisp, delicate Pilsner malt character with a subtle fruity, floral hop balance and just a touch of malted spelt for a light, nutty accent. Fermented with Trappist ale yeast for underlying complexity. Light-bodied, balanced and refreshing with a dry, mineral finish. 

Several representatives from Solemn Oath will be on-site for the event and able to discuss the ale.
