Sky High Mother’s Day Celebrations at The Signature Room

Celebrate Mom 95 stories up at The Signature Room as Executive Chef Cardel Reid prepares an all-day gourmet buffet from 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 8. The Starters Buffet features Spinach & Strawberry Salad, Assorted Charcuterie, Mini Turkey BLT’s , Yogurt Granola Parfaits, Seasonal Quiche, and more. The celebrations also feature Chef-Attended Action Stations serving Prime Rib and a rotating Omelet Station and Risotto Station. Entrées available to choose from include Lemon Pancakes with blueberry compote, Eggs Benedict, Japanese Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and others. Price is $80 per adult and includes one brunch cocktail, $35 per child, and children under 3 eat for free. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 312.787.9596.
