New Year’s Eve Dinner. Executive Chef Nick Dostal and the team at the two Michelin starred Sixteen will host guests for two seatings starting at 5 p.m. The first seating will showcase an abbreviated 5-course menu for $175. Beginning at 9 p.m., the second seating will offer an extended 12-course menu for $365. Those in attendance for the second seating can toast to 2018 while enjoying a prime view of Chicago’s fireworks display.
