Siena Tavern Sends Off Summer with a Taste of Amalfi: Fabio LIVE! on September 10th

Siena Tavern has announced FABIO LIVE! Taste of the Amalfi Coast, happening on Sunday, September 10th. This live cooking demonstration and meal-in-one will be led by Top Chef Fabio Viviani and will include a from-scratch cooking demonstration, preparations inspired by the Amalfi coastline of Italy, wine pairings, and a meet & greet with Chef. Beginning at 4 p.m., tickets for this experience are now available for $100 per person. 

1st Course

• Burrata - Tomato Jam & Basil Oil

2nd Course 

• Octopus - Heirloom fingerling potatoes, red chilis, celery chimichurri, aged balsamic

3rd Course

• Scallops - Grapefruit, brown butter, black garlic, caviar, chives

4th Course

• Clam Linguine - Little neck clams, shaved garlic, parsley, lemon butter sauce

5th Course

• Branzino - Roasted quash, pancetta, kale, fried sage, romesco sauce

6th Course

• Lemon Blueberry Tart - Blueberry curd, vanilla Chantilly, candied lemon, shortbread
