On Friday, January 26 at 7 p.m., foodies and beer lovers can enjoy a selection of limited Pollyanna beers alongside a reception and five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Steve Goellner.
The evening begins with a reception offering Bavarian Pretzel Bites paired with Pollyanna’s The Full Lemonty, an American Blonde Ale. Dinner courses include a Beignet with foie gras, clementine, polenta cake, pickled red onion, and soy caramel; King Crab with yellow curry, watermelon, avocado, tomato, and radish; 36-Hour Braised Lamb Shank with apricot puree, swiss chard, and Moroccan spiced jus; and ends with Death By Chocolate Cake with espresso mousse and raspberry.

Featured beer pairings alongside dinner include Pollyanna’s Mazzie, an American Pale Ale, Cranberry Orange Allure, a sour Berliner Weissbier, the Belgian Quad Orenda – Volume 1, plus a special Nitro Porter with limited availability – the Eleanor Vanilla – for dessert.
