Shore Club Chicago Returns for the 2026 Season with a Brand-New Menu and Summer Kickoff Celebration

Shore Club Chicago reopens for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 16. Restaurant reservations are open now on their website and Oasis Beach Club reservations are now open also on their website.

The season kicks off with Shore Club’s official Summer Kickoff Day Party, marking the start of a full weekend of brunch, lunch, and dinner service along the lakefront. Guests can enjoy live music, beachside games, along with a pop-up from Sea + Blossom Jewelry and raffles featuring prizes from Fly Heli Chicago and Knot My Boat Charters. For 2026, Shore Club debuts its most significant menu release since opening, introducing an entirely new food and beverage program designed to elevate the beachfront experience. The refreshed offerings spotlight coastal-inspired flavors, expanded brunch selections, and interactive cocktail moments. From shareable seafood plates and seasonal salads, to elevated brunch favorites and frozen cocktails, the new menu leans into both versatility and indulgence for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

• Coconut Crusted Shrimp with tropical slaw and Thai chili
• Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice with roe, jalapeno, avocado crema and spicy mayo
• Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine with cherry tomato, asparagus, parmesan, creamy white wine sauce
• Kale Caesar Salad kale, romaine, parmesan, parmesan crips and lemon with caesar dressing
• Housemade Chicken Salad with celery, corn, cherries, red onion, romaine and crackers
• Breakfast Beachside Croissant (brunch only) made with crispy maple bacon, fried egg, stracciatella cheese, avocado and breakfast potatoes
• Giant Cinnamon Roll (brunch only, limited quantities available)

• Life’s a Beach made with Grey Goose Essences Watermelon & Basil Cucumber, watermelon and a cucumber wheel
• Frozen Flight featuring mango margarita, piña colada, strawberry daiquiri, peachy lychee, spritzicle and freaky tiki cocktails
