Everyone loves a “secret menu” and now, diners at Weber Grill can be in the know with the new “Weber Way” topping each charcoal-seared burger at the restaurants.
Just say the magic words “Weber Way” and house-smoked chopped brisket and Merkts cheese are added to any Weber Grill burger for no additional charge.
The chopped brisket is dry rubbed with Weber’s BBQ seasoning and smoked over hickory for 14 hours. This BBQ favorite plus cheddar cheese spread are added to the Prime Black Angus beef burgers like The Prime Kettleburger with Bourbon grilled onions, Cabot sharp Vermont cheddar and pickles ($16) or the French Onion Burger with De Mill Swiss cheese, grill smoked onions, red wine sauce and onion curls ($13.50).
