On May 4th, Cabana Club will open for the season. The rooftop pool and bar will offer a new cocktail with their 64 ounce, frozen margarita.
Cabana Club is located on The Robey hotel's sixth floor overlooking Wicker Park, as well as 360-degree views of the Chicago skyline. Cabana Club is equipped with two full bars—indoor and poolside.
With their new food & beverage director, Danny Park and executive chef Kevin McAllister, this year’s food and beverage menus are a complement to the rooftop's vibe. The snacks include jalapeño poppers, cucumber salads, popsicles, sandwiches, smoothies and more. There will also be cabana punch, daiquiris, aperol spritz, beer, wine and more.
