Craft Cocktails Special Events Lakeview

entente has announced a cocktail class saving room behind the bar for a group of lucky enthusiasts on Sunday, April 22 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. entente’s mixologist and Head Bartender Ryan Hoffman invites locals to grab a muddler and shaker and join along as he guides attendees through the process of making craft cocktails.

The cocktail program at the one Michelin-starred entente has been elevated since Hoffman – a well-seasoned Chicago bartender – took on the role of leading the bar. Now, Chicagoans can learn by attending this imitate, hands-on session where Hoffman will instruct attendees to create 3-4 cocktails followed by tastings. Guests will gain insight into every step of the process, doing everything along the way including making syrups, learning about bitters, and more.

Seating is extremely limited for the cocktail class, which is priced at $75 per person. Reservations can be made by calling entente at (872) 206-8553. Following building cocktails and plenty of tasting, attendees depart with a gift bag of mini spirits bottles.
