September "Noodle Night" at Arami, 9/28

Arami will hold its monthly "noodle night" on Monday, September 28 from 5-9:15 p.m. In addition to Arami's regular noodle dishes (Arami Ramen; Shoyu Vegetable Ramen), Chefs de Cuisine Ajay Popli and Nelson Vinansaca will offer several noodle specials, including Yaki Udon, Tantanmen and Hokkaido Mazemen (menu outlined below).

Beverage features for the evening include Asahi Japanese beer ($5) and Arami's custom-brewed sake, Ichi No Tori ($9 per glass/$15 per 200 ml carafe), along with complimentary table side sake tastings.
