Seasonal Slam Event at TWO

West Town staple TWO will face off against River North newcomer, Bernie's Lunch & Supper, in their fourth Seasonal Slam event. The event, which will take place at TWO (1132 W. Grand Ave) on April 17 at 5PM, pins chef Kevin Cuddihee of TWO against chef Ryan Sand of Bernie's Lunch & Supper in a three-round culinary challenge.

Both restaurants will present three dishes and three cocktails, each with a specialty seasonal ingredient. The ingredients, which have been chosen by Plate Magazine's Managing Editor Liz Grossman, will be peas, beets, and dandelion greens. Grossman will also serve as emcee for the night. Guests will blind test each round's corresponding dish and drink and place their vote for that round's winner. The restaurant with the most rounds won will be crowned champion of the night.
