Patrick Hymer, Wine Director of Entente, will be hosting a new monthly wine tasting series, Seasonal Sips. With a focus on seasonality, guests will taste a variety of wines meant to showcase a range of styles across a given theme. On Thursday, August 1, the tasting will spotlight a summer favorite: Rosé.
From 4p.m.-6 p.m. for $50, guests will be offered wine selections with bites by Executive Chef Brian Fisher.
