Schneider Deli and Chef Henry Cai of 3 Little Pigs are teaming up this month on a limited-edition sandwich to benefit No Kid Hungry (10% of proceeds will be donated to the organization).

The ‘Brisket Char Siu’ sandwich ($26) features brisket with a char siu glaze; deli mustard; Russian dressing; and sliced pickles on a kaiser roll. It’s served with a scallion latke and chili crunch. 

It’ll be available through the end of December. This sandwich is part of Schneider Deli’s ongoing ’Sandwich Series,’ and past chef partners include Soo Ahn of Adalina, Paul Virant of Gaijin, and Zach Engel of Galit.
