Tutore Cooking School is hosting a special Sardinian Cooking Class and Dinner on Saturday, September 21, from 6-9 PM. In this hands-on cooking class, guests will learn to master four Sardinian dishes: Marinated Seafood Salad, Pane Carasau (crispy flatbread), Sardinian Gnocchi with Saffron Tomato Sauce and lastly, Seadas, traditional Sardinian pastries with honey and Pecorino cheese.
To compliment the meal, Fabio Pibiri will guide participants through the wines of Cantina del Bovale, including Spumante, Vermentino and Cannonau. The class will be led by Chefs Dean Zanella and James De Marte.
