On Wednesday, August 10, Salero’s weekly dining event Pintxos and Porrons will feature a menu of pintxos developed in collaboration with Mick Klug Farm. The Klug family grows many varieties of fruits and vegetables and are committed to sustainable agriculture and promoting locally grown produce. Mick has been providing fresh produce to the Green City Market for over a decade and to City of Chicago Farmers Markets for over 35 years.
Hosted from 5 pm - 10 pm, pintxos will be priced $1-$5/pintxo paired with a porron of wine for $25 or cider for $20.
