Inside the story: Salero Hosts Chef Cleetus Friedman of Caffe Baci for Pintxos and Porrons on September 21

On Wednesday, September 21, Salero will collaborate with Chef Cleetus Friedman of Caffe Baci to develop a menu of pintxos for the restaurant’s Pintxos and Porrons event. Hosted from 5 pm - 10 pm, pintxos will be priced $1-$5/pintxo paired with a porron of wine for $25 or cider for $20. Select pintxos include:

  • Jamon, Zucchini and Pepper Croquette, Romesco
  • Bocarones, Roasted Red Pepper and Manzanilla Skewer, Arugula Chimichurri
