On Wednesday, August 3, Salero’s weekly dining event Pintxos and Porrons will present a unique menu of pintxos developed in collaboration Ajay Popli, Chef de Cuisine of Arami. Popli focuses on using high-quality ingredients without obscuring them. He aims to showcase technique and discipline when he prepares each dish and likes to experiment with new ingredients to make traditional Japanese cuisine more modern. Hosted from 5 pm - 10 pm, pintxos will be priced $1-$5/pintxo paired with a porron of wine for $25 or cider for $20.
