SafeHouse Chicago (60 East Ontario) recently launched Camp X for spies 21+ on Fridays & Saturdays from 10pm - 2am with late-night bites, cocktails, and a live DJ.
The late-night menu features "Spycialty" Cocktails for $11 like the Spy's Demise - a covert, tropical mission containing Bacardi Silver Rum, pineapple juice, lemon, and a Myer's Rum float, and Bearer Bond featuring Cazadores Blanco Tequila, Ancho Reyes, Liqueur, mango puree, jalapeno, and lime. Choose from a selection of shaken or stirred "Spytinis" for $14 including the Great Spytini, Vesper Lynd, and Mademoiselle Rosie. Select beer and wine are also available.
Finally, "Encrypted Eats" accompany these cocktails including C4 Cheese Curds ($14) with Wisconsin white cheddar cheese and a top-secret dipping sauce, Bird Watcher ($14) - chile mojito-marinated chicken tenders sauteed with a spicy West Indies twist and side of orange mango marmalade, and Camp Stanley Nachos ($18) featuring a trio of cheeses, avocado crema, pico de gallo, and jalapenos with a choice of smoked chicken or carne asada.
