Rye Deli + Drink is ramping up their menu with a brunch launch on Wednesday, December 1st.

Chef Billy Caruso has curated classic brunch dishes through a lens of hearty twists -- provisions ideal for winter palates. Not your typical deli (or brunch), Caruso takes Chicken and Waffles somewhere different with Matzo Meal Crusted Fried Chicken, Sourdough Waffles, Pomegranate Molasses Butter and Citrus Maple Syrup. Or, take their Avocado Toast -- Caruso layers it with Egg, Marinated Feta, Pearled Barley, Hazelnut Dukkah, all on Grilled Sourdough with Shakshuka.

  • Overnight Steel Cut Oats ($9) 

    • Coconut Cream, Caramelized Pineapple, Candied Sunflower Seed, Coconut Crunch

  • Avocado Toast ($13.50)

    • Grilled Sourdough with Shakshuka, Avocado, Egg, Marinated Feta, Pearled Barley, Hazelnut Dukkah

  • Eggs, Labneh and Pita ($10)

    • 2 Eggs, Black Pepper and Parsley Labneh, House Made Pita

  • Chicken and Waffles ($16)

    • Matzo Meal Crusted Fried Chicken, Sourdough Waffles, Pomegranate Molasses Butter, Citrus Maple Syrup

  • Steak and Eggs ($26)

    • Wagyu Zabuton Steak, 2 Fried Eggs, Harissa, Wilted Swiss Chard, Tahini Aioli

Rye Deli + Drink is open Wednesday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday through Sunday, 8am-3pm -- with in-person dining, takeout and delivery options.
