Rye Deli + Drink Debuts Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches, New Menu Items

Pandemic-born West Loop concept, Rye Deli + Drink, debuted hand-made bagel sandwiches on June 18th. 

The sandwich lineup:

• Purple Rain
  • Blue Masa Bagel, Black Pepper Parsley Labneh, Smoked Beets, Egg, Smoked Salmon

• Easy Rider
  • Plain Bagel, Plain Labneh, Spinach, Egg, Harissa 

• Littering and....
  • Everything Bagel, Pastrami, Melted Leeks Labneh, Egg, Gruyere

• Turtles in a Half Shell
  • Za’atar Bagel,  Melted Leeks Labneh, Roasted Tomatoes, Egg, Gruyere *Make it a Super Shredder: Add Pastrami 

• Happy Trees
  • Oat & Pepita Bagel, Fava Bean Hummus, Egg, Spinach, Cucumbers, Tomatoes 

• Abbey Road
  • Blueberry Bagel, Charred Strawberry Labneh, Fresh Strawberries, Honey, Maldon Salt

• “You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Boat”
  • Salt & Thyme Bagel, Black Pepper and Parsley Labneh, Egg, Smoked Salmon

Additionally on July 2, Rye Deli + Drink will unveil two new menu items: Cronuts and a Salad.

The cronut: “That One Music Festival I Went To in Maine”

• Vanilla Pastry Cream, Cinnamon Sugar, Maple Glaze

The salad: “Grilled Carrots and Watercress”

• Zhoug Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese, Quinoa Dukkah, Shaved Beets
