RPM Steak Launches Lunch

Business diners take note: RPM Steak is launching lunch on Wednesday, March 11. The modern steakhouse by Bill and Giuliana Rancic, Doug Psaltis and Lettuce Entertain You has been much discussed for bringing a modern spin to classic Chicago steakhouse meals.

Several staple dishes from the dinner menu will make their way onto lunch, ie: hot and cold apps, the Steakburger, and of course RPM's delicious seafood and steaks. There's plenty of new options including signature salads ("heftier" lunch portion salads with proteins / options to add protein) and elevated sandwiches and burgers (examples below).

Lunch hours will Monday - Friday, 11 am - 3 pm and will remain open in between lunch & dinner service.

• RPM Truffle Burger : Grass-fed beef, truffle aioli, foie gras butter, red wine onions ($17)
• New England Lobster Roll : lemon butter, top-split brioche bun ($25)
• B.L.T. Turkey Club: avocado, fried egg, spicy peppers ($15)
• Harissa Chicken Salad : sprouted grains, feta, cucumber ($19)
