Spring into action and support Common Threads! On Monday, May 11, III Forks Prime Steakhouse will hold a spring rooftop soiree hosted by XRT radio personality Lin Brehmer. Located in Lakeshore East, the stunning steakhouse will welcome guests for after work cocktails, beer, wine, hand-passed hors d'oeuvres, live entertainment and silent auction from 6-9 p.m.
Executive Chef Billy Caruso's menu, outlined below, includes beef tartare; wild rice and short rib arancini; ahi tuna with citrus ponzu; tomato confit; fluke crudo; and watermelon with feta. In addition to signature cocktails, wine and beer, representatives from Hennessy will distribute tasting portions of Hennessy 250 Collector Blend Cognac.
III Forks’ rooftop lounge offers cabana-style seating complete with built-in heaters, lengthy knotty pine and granite bar, stone fireplaces and serene city and park views.

Ticket price is $75 per person ($50 from each ticket will be donated to Common Threads). To purchase tickets, visit commonthreads.org/events
Common Threads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that delivers culturally-relevant cooking programs and nutrition curriculum for kids in underserved schools and communities that result in life-long healthy eating habits.
