After a specialty pop-up last year, Quackatori is returning to Duck Sel for the summer season, inviting guests to enjoy a 10-course menu reimagining traditional yakitori through the Duck Sel lens. Expect skewers kissed by binchotan charcoal, seasonal accompaniments, and courses like foie gras on milk bread, duck egg chawanmushi and truffle marshmallows. Counter style around the open grill, the special experience is limited to just 12 guests per service with reservations (TOCK) available beginning Father’s Day weekend (June 19, 20 and 21) starting at $175 per guest.
