WHAT: ROOF on theWit will be hosting a Monte Carlo-inspired New Year’s Eve Party on December 31st to ring in 2018. Those who purchase tickets to the sky-high event will have access to roulette, craps, and blackjack gaming tables, all played for fun, a premium open bar that includes Absolut Elyx and Avion Tequila, and entertainment from famed Chicago DJ, Flipside.

Executive Chef Nathan Sears has created food action stations that will be set up throughout the space, including a Wagyu beef tenderloin carving station with roasted potatoes and ratatouille, and a seafood display with Ceviche and Kampachi Crudo. Passed offerings will include fresh oysters, pork belly skewers with a date and Urfa glaze, chestnut soup shooters with duck confit and sage crème fraiche, and buckwheat blini with Lady Edison ham, caviar and chives. For those with a sweet tooth, Executive Pastry Chef Toni Roberts is keeping the spirit of Monte Carlo alive with her handcrafted chocolate cigars and poker chip macarons.

Specialty champagne cocktails, made by in-house mixologists, will also be available. At midnight, all guests will be invited to join in on a complimentary GH Mumm Champagne toast.

General Admission tickets and table packages are still available. Packages range from $850 - $3,000 and include VIP seating, VIP ROOF access with early entry at 9pm, private bottle service and vouchers for complimentary New Year’s Day Brunch at State and Lake Chicago Tavern.

Those attending must be 21 years of age to enter. The beverage package, which starts at 9:30pm, will end at 12:30am.
