ROOF on theWit Gears Up For 2018 Winter Games with Fire & Ice Mix-Off Competition

Go for gold! As the world’s most talented athletes gear up for the 2018 Winter Games, Chicago’s hottest mixologists are also gearing for their own competition - the 2018 Fire & Ice Mix-Off hosted by ROOF on theWit on Tuesday, February 20. During the competition, ten of Chicago’s hottest bar and beverage minds (i.e. Broken Shaker, Moneygun, Arbella, etc.) will go head-to-head in a friendly competition in hopes to be crowned the best mixologist in the city. Each mixologist will be assigned two liquors and will create their best “hot” and “cold” cocktails which will then be voted on by the evening’s spectators.

Pre-sale tickets cost $20, and $25 at the door. One entry ticket to the event will include: one specialty welcome cocktail, one vote per category, passed appetizers from Executive Chef Nathan Sears and cocktail samples from all ten participating mixologists.
