Roka Akor Announces Easter Tasting Menu

Roka Akor Chicago is excited to announce they will be opening early at 12pm for Easter dining on April 5. For a truly unique Easter experience, guests of Roka Akor will be able to order a special 4-Course Easter Tasting Menu and imbibe in an unbeatable, Japanese-style Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar. But that's not all… after guests are finished, they'll be able to select an egg from Roka Akor's Easter Egg Basket, which will include great prizes including a signature omakase for two!

Roka Akor's Easter Tasting Menu ($55/person, +$25 for Japanese-style Bloody Mary or Mimosa Bar) will feature:

First Course
Beet Cured Salmon with Cucumber and Lemongrass Vinaigrette
Spring Pea and Radish Salad with Preserved Lemon

Second Course
Wagyu Beef Tartar with Root Vegetable Crisp
Baked Shrimp Cake & Tamago Nigiri

Third Course
Robata Grilled Braised Wagyu Beef Short Ribs with Grilled Artichoke & Wafu Dressing

Dessert
Asian Pear Crepes with Strawberry Sorbet and Honeycomb
