Within a breezy casual, surf-themed setting, the $22.22 Feast allows guests to explore Rojo Gusano's most popular menu offerings. Begin with a choice of any three guacamoles -- including their signature Spicy Pumpkin Seed with chipotle-caramelized pineapple. From there, select any three globally-inspired taco mash-ups, like Pork Belly with Oaxacan pasilla salsa, pico de gallo relish, Chicken Tinga with Farmers cheese, housemade crema, and Korean Beef BBQ with kimchi, cilantro, sesame seeds, radish -- named Chicago Tribune's 2017 "Best Bites at Taste of Chicago." Select any two sides, including Esquites with chipotle mayo and cotija cheese, and Sweet Plantains with house made crema and farmer's cheese. The $22.22 Anniversary Feast concludes with warm, fresh-made Churros, tossed in sugar and cinnamon, served with chocolate-rum or raspberry sauce.
