Rockit Bar and Grill, a long-time River North restaurant, has debuted Chef Mike Sheerin and his recently revamped menu to their Hubbard Street location. With more than twenty years of culinary experience, Sheerin brings distinct flavor combinations and regional cuisine to the plates of Rockit guests.

Inspired by Rockit’s locally sourced philosophy and his talent of creating regional flavor profiles, Sheerin developed a menu designed to please existing cliental, while attracting progressive palates through his ‘interesting comfort food’ approach. Rockit’s approachable dishes are created with mindful flavor combinations that celebrate regional cuisine.
Rockit menu highlights include:
Spiced Jerky Beef Tips, served with pickled jackfruit, spicy peanuts and cilantro
Corned Beef and Horseradish Salad, comprised of pickled beef tongue, romaine, red onion, capers and rye croutons
Lamb Burger, topped with saganaki cheese, tzatziki, and lettuce served on an onion bun
Chef Sheerin’s menu is currently being served at Rockit Bar and Grill, seven days a week for lunch and dinner, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
