Robert's Pizza & Dough Co. Launches Late Night Menu

Robert's Pizza & Dough Co. is now offering extended hours with a limited menu for anyone in the Mag Mile/Streeterville area after hours.

Select pizza slices for $8 and specialty cocktails. The riverside restaurant is now offering late-night bites and libations Wednesdays & Thursdays from 9pm - 11pm and Fridays & Saturdays from 10pm - 12am. 

Pizzas available by the slice include:

• The Lia - Robert's classic cheese featuring mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce
• Cup & Char Pepperoni - classic pepperoni, Calabrian peppers, fresh mozzarella, and red sauce
• The Jay - fennel crumbled sausage, Calabrian peppers, fresh mozzarella, and red sauce
• Roasted Vegetable - roasted cherry tomatoes, red peppers, Calabrian peppers, wild mushroom, caramelized onion, garlic, sauteed spinach, fontina cheese, and EVOO

Specialty Cocktails Include:

• Barrel Aged Boulevardier: Heaven's Door Double Barrel, Carpano Classico, Campari, and smoke on the rocks
• New York Sour: Knob Creek Rye, Critic Cabernet Sauvignon, lemon, demerara syrup, and egg whites on the rocks
• Tequila Last Word: Cazadores Añejo Cristalino, Green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, lime, and cucumber syrup in a martini glass
• The Heart of France: Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord, lime, pineapple, and rosemary syrup in a martini glass
• The Jungle Bird: El Dorado 12 years Rum, Campari, pineapple, lime, and rosemary syrup in a tiki glass with fire
• Vesper: Sneak Fox Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, and Lillet Blanc in a martini glass
