Monday, August 14th will kick off RWxRN (Restaurant Week by River North,) a week-long event highlighting the culinary offerings in the city’s River North neighborhood. Spearheaded by Tortoise Supper Club, RWxRN will feature specially priced prix-fixe menus and limited-edition dishes. In addition to offering deals to diners, RWxRN will also allow local chefs to showcase summer produce and other seasonal ingredients from regional purveyors.
Participating restaurants include Tortoise Supper Club, Baptiste & Bottle, Hubbard Inn, Troquet and Joy District.
Diners can look forward to highlights like a Three Couse Filet Mignon at Tortoise Supper Club for only $29.95, and decadent new dishes like Beef Carpaccio with Baby Arugula, Shaved Shisito Pepper, Black Truffle, Black Garlic Dust & Parmesan Cheese from Hubbard Inn and Scallops with Sunchokes, Pears & Brown Butter at Baptiste & Bottle.
