Celebrate early for the arrival of 2016 at The Chocolate Sanctuary on Thursday, December 31. Chef Ahmed Mora's menu features delightful entrees and small plates for kicking off the New Year. Menu highlights include: a Sakura Pork Chop in a Cocoa Cabernet Reduction, Cocoa Nib Crusted Salmon, a Tamarind Glazed Chilean Sea Bass, and a selection of Prime Steaks, Salads and Soups and more.
Pastry Chef Hailey Turso has developed a dessert menu, featuring the restaurant's signature Tableside Chocolate Fountain with pure white, milk or dark chocolate accompanied by homemade disarrano marshmallows, cocoa candied bacon, Rice Krispies® treats, cocoa graham cracker sable, pretzels and strawberries for dipping. Other desserts include Pecan Bourbon Crème Brûlée, ChocoFlan, S'more Dark Chocolate and Pumpkin Donuts with Housemade Cider. The restaurant also offers a selection of fine wine (including chocolate and dessert wines), Port and a variety of creative craft cocktails. Diners will receive complimentary truffles.
