Lunch New Menu American North Center

Nestled between Chicago’s Roscoe Village and North Center neighborhoods,  Reclaimed Bar and Restaurant has something new, just in time for cooler, Fall weather. The Northside hub has announced new additions to its menu, including savory homemade soups, creamy Panko Crusted Mac and Cheese, and a weekly rotation of freshly baked pies (Key Lime, Pecan, Chocolate Chess — the list goes on!). Cooking up new ideas in the kitchen alongside Craig Bell, Co-Owner and Head Chef of Reclaimed, is the establishment’s new Executive Sous Chef, Patrick Jacobus.

Jacobus, an alumnus of Chicago’s North Pond Restaurant, most recently served as executive chef at the West Coast Tamarack Lodge's fine dining restaurant, The Lakefront. His new role at Reclaimed marks his return to the Windy City. Jacobus with help develop the evolving menu items under the direction of the southern-born, Le Cordon Bleu-trained Bell.

“We’re proud to welcome Patrick to our culinary team and back to the city of Chicago,” said Chef Craig Bell, Co-Owner of Reclaimed. “We’re excited to share his passion for creating really delicious, unique food made with locally-sourced ingredients. He will be a huge asset to our team, bringing fresh ideas and flavor profiles that our guests are sure to enjoy.,” he added.

Patrons of the restaurant can also expect extended dining hours with the addition of Reclaimed’s first-ever lunch service. Beginning October 26, every Friday from 11:00am - 3:00pm, guests can enjoy a limited, specially curated midday menu featuring starter items like Bacon Brittle, Pulled Pork Nachos and Smoked Wings, as well as hearty sandwiches like the Lamb Burger and Reuben.

The restaurant, inspired by the husband and wife co-owners’ desire to reclaim their love of good food, music, and booze will continue to host live music nights in the genres of bluegrass, R&B and jazz, feature live Beatle’s covers performed by Phil Angotti during brunch on the second Sunday of each month, and continue to spin classic vinyl records from their collection of over 750. Lead and curated by vinyl collector, Phil Petrignani, Reclaimed’s music program provides local musicians a platform to share and market their talents among the community.

The establishment is closed Mondays and is open from 5:00pm-12:00am Tuesday through Thursday, 11:00am-3:00pm and 4:00pm-12:00am Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am Saturday, and 10:00am-3:00pm Sunday.
