It’s time to raise your glass to a good cause! Randolph Restaurant Row’s Nosh & Booze is supporting local nonprofit HealthyMinds by participating in the annual nationwide celebration of Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari from June 5-11. The group’s beverage director, Jon Ruiz, has created a sangria cocktail with Negroni (a “Sangroni”) to commemorate the fourth annual celebration of the world’s great cocktails and fundraising initiative for charitable causes. From 2013 to 2016, Negroni Week grew from more than 100 participating venues to more than 6,000 participating venues around the world. They have collectively raised $900,000 for charitable causes and each year bars and restaurants mix classic Negroni’s and Negroni variations for a good cause.

Guests of Nosh & can show their support by ordering the Sangroni. This specialty cocktail includes:

1 oz big gin

1 oz Albariño syrup (1 part Albariño:1 part pure cane sugar)

1 oz Albariño wine

.5 oz Bruto americano

Bar spoon yuzu purse.

Stir for 10 seconds and serve in a wine glass with orange peel and halved grapes and enjoy!
