Ramsay’s Kitchen Naperville Celebrates Worldwide Wellington Month with Truffle Beef Wellington

To celebrate Worldwide Wellington Month, Ramsay's Kitchen in Naperville, will be offering a limited-edition Truffle Beef Wellington for two. 

The Truffle Beef Wellington, a spin on Chef Ramsay’s crecipe, features a roasted bone marrow and shallot sauce, along with a truffle potato puree. This special dish for two is offered at $150. Guests will have the option to add fresh shaved truffles for an additional $40. A paired bottle of Daou Cabernet Sauvignon can be added for $60. 

The Truffle Beef Wellington will be available from October 1st - November 3rd.
