New Menu American

Raised, An Urban Rooftop Bar, has launched its new fall menu. Curated by Executive Chef Russell Shearer and Restaurant Chef Tim Powles, the Raised fall menu is dressed with seasonal options that offer their own signature flair in every bite. The mixology team, lead by Lauren Parton, has concocted autumn inspired cocktails that pair with a variety of plates. T

Raised’s food and beverage lineup features an assortment of snacks, solos, shares, sweets, and sips. Guests looking for something to snack on can enjoy the Crispy Brussel Sprouts with crispy shallot rings, drizzled with an apple bourbon reduction or the Edamame sprinkled with smoked sea salt, tamari and chile. Those in the mood to share a dish should consider the PEI Mussels, Beef Tenderloin Sliders with crispy pancetta, mushrooms, and a fresh herb aioli, or hand-cut Frites served with chile ketchup and black garlic aioli. A selection of entrees include The Raised Burger with a grilled beef and smoked bourbon glazed pork belly, as well as the Stout Braised Short Rib Chili with chilies, beans, cilantro, scallions, cumin creme, and a tortilla, adding the perfect combination of heat, creaminess, crunch, and acidity. Patrons who crave a sweet treat may like Chef’s take on classic Pumpkin Pie finished with glossy maple syrup, white chocolate, and a tangy cranberry gelee, the Lemon Bavarian, and Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies served with Bailey’s Milk.

The team of Raised Mixologists have created a beverage program of cocktails, as well as a comprehensive list of wine and beer lists that embrace the fall season. Mixologist Rachel Johnson brings the Belladonna to the mix, fusing Italicus and Genmaicha tea with prosecco. Thai’d Up also joins the menu from mixologist Mike Carothers, who combines sweet, spicy, and zesty elements with Bounty Rum. Cozy up with Ben Mays’ Espresso Yourself made with CH Vodka, espresso, cream, Mandorla almond liqueur and chocolate almond sea salt syrup, providing sweetness. Guests also have the option to order one of Raised Barrel Aged Cocktails, which have matured into flavorful drinks with an unexpected twist.

Raised, an Urban Rooftop Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 12am, Friday and Saturday from 2pm to 12am, and is closed on Sundays.
