Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago Launches Summer Sundays Poolside Series

Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago invites locals and hotel guests to soak up summer in the city with the launch of Summer Sundays, a new poolside series taking place select Sundays from June through September. Set on the hotel’s sprawling outdoor recreation terrace — home to one of Chicago’s few outdoor hotel pools — the series will feature DJ sets, seasonal sips, al fresco bites and exclusive offerings from brand partners Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Surfside.

Set against the backdrop of the Aqua building, Summer Sundays will transform the hotel’s outdoor terrace into a poolside escape featuring music by DJ Hannah Heavin, ice-cold cocktails and mocktails from the onsite bar, and summery bites from FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar, the hotel’s signature restaurant known for Midwestern-inspired cuisine crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Each ticket includes access to the outdoor terrace pool, one drink ticket redeemable for Peroni, Surfside or a non-alcoholic option, plus exclusive swag and samples from brand partners.

Summer Sundays will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 28, July 12, July 26 and September 13, with August dates to be announced soon. Tickets are $40 per person and are available online. Advance purchase required, and check-in opens in the hotel lobby at 10:45 a.m.
