Quality Crab & Oyster Bah is hosting a Farm to Table Chef Dinner where every aspect of the menu is sourced from a 100-mile radius around Chicago.
The event will be held at the urban garden center, City Grange in Andersonville on Monday, August 12 starting at 6:30 PM.
They have partnered with local growers and farmers like Nichols Farm, Right Bee Cider and Slagel Farms to create this collaborative dinner. The menu includes field, garden, pasture and potted dishes, including heirloom tomato, melon salad & baby back ribs.
Field – melon salad, feta, lime, pineapple mint
Garden – heirloom tomato, yellow cucumber, jalapeño, queso fresco, cilantro
Pasture – baby back ribs, pickled pepper salad
Potted – chocolate brownie crumble
