Jamie Biel, Director of Science and Sustainability for Treaty Oak Distilling, will lead a group discussion on Monday, August 13 beginning at 6pm about sustainability ideas/techniques in food and beverage, especially among small-to-mid size companies. The event will take place at Homestead on the Roof. The discussion will focus on what industry professionals are doing to make a positive impact on their community.
