What to watch: Purple Plate Food Hall Now Open in Lincoln Park

Purple Plate (1751 N Sheffield Ave), a micro food hall featuring options from all over the U.S., held its grand opening in Lincoln Park on May 23rd.

Purple Plate brings local and national options together in one location for pick-up and delivery. Diners can order in person through a self-order kiosk, for delivery through a delivery app, or ahead for pick-up or delivery on their website.

Current menu features:

  • MAC’D: build-your-own mac & cheese bowls from San Francisco

  • The Updog Stand: Vegan Chicago-style hot dogs from the Upton’s Naturals family

  • International Wing Factory: Halal wings from NYC, with a blend of global spices and in-house dipping sauces

  • MILK+T: Milk tea, boba, and ice cream. Based out of Los Angeles, Milk+T is the originator of the “sip & dip” featuring a large scoop of ice cream on top of boba milk tea in a glass jar

  • Mr. Beast Burger: smashburgers and fries from a Twitch gamer

To celebrate the grand opening, Purple Plate is offering diners 20% off all in person orders until the end of June.
