Come learn the soul of making healthy bread with two James Beard Award nominated bakers, Zachary Golper of NYC’s Bien Cuit and Greg Wade of Chicago’s Publican Quality Bread, at this hands-on class focused on the fermentation of dough inside One Off Hospitality’s wholesale bakery. On April 11th from 6-8PM, smell, touch and taste your way from start to finish to create six different artisan breads as these bakers guide you through the breadmaking process and the importance of each ingredient used in this two-hour educational course. In addition, a complimentary picnic basket filled with Golper and Wade’s signature baked goods as well as gourmet meat & cheese selections courtesy of Publican Quality Meats will be included for attendees to take home and enjoy.
