On Wednesday, March 22nd, Proxi will offer diners two experiences with Brianne Day of Day Wines. Hosted by Proxi’s Wine Director, Alex Ring, the evening kicks off with happy hour at 4:30pm. During this time, diners can select two glasses of featured wines along with light bites prepared by Chef Andrew Zimmerman. Guests can also purchase an additional ticket for the seated dinner kicking off at 6:30pm. Brianne will present a selection of wines to compliment a globally inspired, family style dinner prepared by Chef Andrew Zimmerman. Diners joining Chef Andrew and team for the seated dinner can expect Poached King Salmon Salad, Coal Roasted Mushrooms, Black Cod Misoyaki, and more.
