Executive Chef Don Walker will be hosting private pasta making classes at Formento's. Classes are available for groups of 10 to 15 people for $2,500. Chef Don will lead guests through the cooking process of Gnocchi while offering a selection of passed appetizers and beverages. Classes will be hosted inside Nonna's or one of three private dining spaces located inside Formento’s. 

Starting in January, ticketed pasta classes will be held every second Thursday of the month. Tickets will be $150 per person and class will begin at 7:00 pm.
